Ground for its shipments. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving
them!
Shipping charges are based on an individual chair shipped to each delivery
address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 5 days
max. We are pleased to offer you Express Shipping through UPS for an additional
charge at your request.

Gift Items
Pricing and payment information are not included on any material shipped with
gift items. If you are sending a gift to someone, please notify the
recipient of this delivery.
Returns
Alldays Trading wants you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase as our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, send the item(s) back
within 30 days of the original shipment date for an exchange or a refund for
the price of the item.
To return an item, please contact us for information on processing your return. For your protection, merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured via UPS, FedEx, or US mail. Please return one (1) item per package. Any items returned beyond the designated time frames, if accepted, will be subject to a restocking fee.
Delayed or Refused Delivery
UPS will always make 3 attempts to deliver your packages to your house. They
will leave a note so that you can reach them or sign for your package to be left
outside your home. If after 3 attempts, UPS was not successful in delivering the
package(s) and the package(s) are sent back to us for this reason, the customer
will have to pay the full shipping costs for reshipment. For refused delivery,
actual shipping charges will be deducted from credit made on returned
merchandise.
Damages
Although rare, shipping damage does occur. In the event that your product is
damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department
immediately. We will work with you to identify and replace the damaged item(s)
and will submit a claim directly to the shipping company. There is no need for
you to contact the shipping company, as you would have been inconvenienced
enough already. We will reship the damaged item(s) at no cost to you using the
same shipping method used in the original shipment.
